Dutch Lettuce Salad

Dutch Lettuce Salad

This is a traditional Dutch salad with a sweet and sour dressing made with bacon. I remember my Mom making this salad when I was young. The combination of soft egg, crisp lettuce and creamy dressing is delicious.
