Dill Pickle Dip
I have some pickle lovers in my family, including myself. My daughter in law suggested I make this and it turned out great! The brightness of the pickles goes great with the smoothness of the cream cheese.
Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2-3 chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp dill weed
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop up your pickles, as large or as small as you like them.
- Mix the pickles and the rest of your ingredients together.
