Easy Fruit Salad
Jump to recipe
This delicious salad works great for parties. It’s easy to make and you can double these amounts for a larger crowd.
This salad tastes best with fresh fruits, but you can replace with frozen fruits as needed. The can of peach pie filling thickens the the juices to help them cling better to the fruit pieces.
Ingredients
- 1 pint of fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup of green or red seedless grapes
- 1 11 oz can of mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 8 oz can of pinapple chunks in syrup, drained
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 21 oz can of peach pie filling
- Other optional fruits:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks (if you like, you can save the syrup and mix it with a little rum for a tasty drink!)
- Gently mix all of the fruits together, adding the peach pie filling last.
- Chill until ready to serve.
