Oven Bacon

This is the secret that restaurants use to get nice, flat and evenly cooked bacon strips. This recipe can also add some extra flavor to this breakfast classic.
Ingredients
- Bacon, as much as you would like.
- Brown Sugar (optional)
- Cracked Black Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- For healthier bacon, use a rack to lift the bacon off from the baking sheet.
- For added flavor, sprinkle the bacon with brown sugar and/or cracked black pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes for thin sliced bacon and 20 minutes for thick sliced bacon.
