Poultry Rub

I use this for grilling poultry, but this also works good on fried or baked chicken.
This recipe is done in parts. Your parts could be teaspoons, tablespoons, or cups. If your parts are teaspoons, this will make enough to cover two whole chickens.

Ingredients
- 6 parts paprika (smoked is good but not necessary)
- 3 parts cumin
- 3 parts parsley
- 3 parts salt
- 2 part garlic powder
- 2 part onion powder
- 1 part black pepper
- 1 part cayenne pepper
- 1 part thyme
- 1 part ground mustard
- 1 part turmeric powder
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
- To use, smear the chicken with mustard and then apply this rub generously.
