This makes a great meal for two people. You can make a batch of pizza dough to use half now and half later.

Ingredients
- ½ recipe of Pizza dough per skillet
- Olive oil
- Pizza sauce
- Toppings
- 8 oz of mozzarella, shredded or sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500 degrees
- Make ½ of a recipe of Pizza Dough (or make a full recipe for two pizzas)
- Oil the skillet evenly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Take the dough and press it out in the bottom of the skillet to cover the entire bottom and little up the sides
- Spread ¼ – ½ cup of pizza sauce over the dough
- Spread whatever toppings you would like on the sauce.
- Cover with 8 oz of shredded or sliced mozzarella.
- Place the skillet over a medium high flame on the stove top and heat the bottom of the pizza for 3-5 minutes until the outside edge of the dough is set.
- Place the skillet in the oven for 7-8 minutes until the edge of crust is browned and cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove from the oven, slide out of the skillet onto a cutting board, and cut into wedges.
