Preheat your oven to 500 degrees
Make ½ of a recipe of Pizza Dough (or make a full recipe for two pizzas)
Oil the skillet evenly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Take the dough and press it out in the bottom of the skillet to cover the entire bottom and little up the sides
Spread ¼ - ½ cup of pizza sauce over the dough
Spread whatever toppings you would like on the sauce.
Cover with 8 oz of shredded or sliced mozzarella.
Place the skillet over a medium high flame on the stove top and heat the bottom of the pizza for 3-5 minutes until the outside edge of the dough is set.
Place the skillet in the oven for 7-8 minutes until the edge of crust is browned and cheese is melted.
Carefully remove from the oven, slide out of the skillet onto a cutting board, and cut into wedges.
