This dip is a Southern classic. It’s tangy, creamy flavor tastes great on a cracker, on celery, or on a burger. It also makes a large batch so you’ll be ready for a crowd.

Ingredients
- 1# extra sharp cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 4 oz jar of diced pimentos, drained but reserve the liquid
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients with a hand mixer.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Add some of the reserved pimento juice if you need to thin it.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
