Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 # extra sharp cheddar shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 4 oz jar of diced pimentos drained but reserve the liquid
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ingredients with a hand mixer.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Add some of the reserved pimento juice if you need to thin it.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
