This is one of our favorite ways to use leftover ham. The combination of ham, broccoli, cream soup and cheese is classic. The salty ham, the creamy soup, and the crispness of the fresh broccoli combine in a dish that is not only delicious but also pleasing to the eye.

Ingredients
- 1 box of Farfalle (Bowtie) pasta
- 3 cups of cooked cubed ham
- 3 cups chopped broccoli, preferably fresh to be crisper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream soup – Cream of Chicken, Celery, or Mushroom
- 1 can of 2% milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- French Fried Onions
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Spray a 9×13 backing dish with non-stick spray.
- Cook the pasta to al dente according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta and then add the ham, broccoli, soup, milk sour cream, and seasonings; stir well.
- Transfer to the 9×13 baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and the cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle with the French Fried Onions and the Parmesan cheese and serve.
