Ham & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of Farfalle Bowtie pasta
  • 3 cups of cooked cubed ham
  • 3 cups chopped broccoli preferably fresh to be crisper
  • 1 can 10.5 oz of cream soup - Cream of Chicken, Celery, or Mushroom
  • 1 can of 2% milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • French Fried Onions
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Spray a 9x13 backing dish with non-stick spray.
  • Cook the pasta to al dente according to the package directions.
  • Drain the pasta and then add the ham, broccoli, soup, milk sour cream, and seasonings; stir well.
  • Transfer to the 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and the cheese has melted.
  • Sprinkle with the French Fried Onions and the Parmesan cheese and serve.
