Fruit Smoothie

This is our usual Sunday morning breakfast. It’s quick and healthy, with very few calories or carbs. You can make it with any kind of fruit you wish, frozen or fresh.
This is enough to make two servings, so you can cut it in half for one.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- 2 cups of fruit, fresh or frozen
- Milk
- 2 packets of sweetener
- 1.5 cups of cottage cheese (half of a standard container)
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place the ice in the bottom of your blender.
- Place the fruit on top of the ice.
- Pour milk into the blender, up to the top of the fruit.
- Add the sweetener packets.
- Add the cottage cheese, and then the yogurt.
- Pulse the blender to crush the ice.
- Increase the speed to blend the ingredients, adding more milk if needed to make it smoother or thinner.
