Ingredients

of ice cubes
2
cups
of fruit
fresh or frozen
Milk
2
packets of sweetener
1.5
cups
of cottage cheese
half of a standard container
1/2
cup
of plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
Place the ice in the bottom of your blender.
Place the fruit on top of the ice.
Pour milk into the blender, up to the top of the fruit.
Add the sweetener packets.
Add the cottage cheese, and then the yogurt.
Pulse the blender to crush the ice.
Increase the speed to blend the ingredients, adding more milk if needed to make it smoother or thinner.
