Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of ice cubes
  • 2 cups of fruit fresh or frozen
  • Milk
  • 2 packets of sweetener
  • 1.5 cups of cottage cheese half of a standard container
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Place the ice in the bottom of your blender.
  • Place the fruit on top of the ice.
  • Pour milk into the blender, up to the top of the fruit.
  • Add the sweetener packets.
  • Add the cottage cheese, and then the yogurt.
  • Pulse the blender to crush the ice.
  • Increase the speed to blend the ingredients, adding more milk if needed to make it smoother or thinner.
