Jump to recipe
This is a great dip for crackers, bagels, or crostinis, but can also be uses for celery or carrots.
The carrots that you add to the dip gives it a beautiful golden color.
You will be processing the vegetables in a food processor, so you only need to give them a rough chop to help them process.
