Creamy Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages 8 Ounces Each of cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 6 whole green onions chopped
  • 1 large carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh Dill or one Teaspoon dried.
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp of cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the vegetables to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.
  • Add the cream cheese and the yogurt or sour cream and pulse until well blended.
  • Add a little milk if you would like it a little thinner for spreading.
  • Taste and season more if needed.
  • Transfer the spread to a container and store covered in the refrigerator.
