Victorinox Swiss Classic 3 Piece Paring Set

This 3 piece set of paring knives come highly recommended by America’s Test Kitchen and I can understand why.

There is a straight edge, a serrated edge, and a birds beak paring knife. They are a high carbon stainless steel that come sharp out of the box and they hold a good edge. And they come from a well known manufacturer of quality knifes.

The birds beak paring knife is designed for cutting rose patterns into things like radishes (not something I care about) but I’ve found it very handy for trimming vegetables.
