Roasted Vegetables

Healthy, tasty, easy to make; who could ask for more? You could probably make this with most any vegetable, simply get enough raw veggies for your meal. We typically make 1 head of cauliflower and 1 head of broccoli for 4-6 people.

Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
- Raw Cauliflower Broccoli, Carrots, Asparagus, etc.
- Olive Oil
- Seasoning – Cavenders Greek Creole, Seasoned Salt, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or the grill to 425 degrees F.
- Cut or break the veggies into bite size or slightly larger pieces.
- Put the veggies into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, toss and repeat.
- Spread the veggies out on a sheet pan or on the grill and roast for 20 minutes or until deliciously browned.
