I’m not much of a baker. Baking is really chemistry; you need to be very precise with your measurements while I prefer to be a little looser when I cook. Also, I am trying to watch my carb intakes so I’m eating less bread than I use to. I will say that kneading bread can be very therapeutic.
But, some meals just need a bread of some sort and you can make your own that is fresh and delicious.
