Norpro Sauce Maker

We bought this tool several years ago to speed up the processing of tomatoes. Instead of boiling, peeling, seeding and then mashing we could do it all in one step. We have also used this to make apple sauce, and additional screens are available to process grapes, berries, and pumpkin. If you do a lot of canning or food processing, this is a valuable tool.
