Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice)
Jump to recipe
This is a popular dish, not only in Indonesia but also in the Netherlands. You can make this as a side dish, and with the addition of some meat this can be a complete meal. It is often served with 2 eggs scrambled into the rice, and another fried egg or two on the top.
The Nasi Goreng seasoning mix can be found on Amazon if you can’t find it at your local Oriental grocer.
