Keeping Fresh Herbs Longer

This isn’t a recipe, just a tip. Fresh herbs from the store are expensive! If you have some extra green herbs (parsley, basil, etc) you can keep them for cooking another day. Simply dampen a paper towel, fold or wrap the paper towel over the herbs, slip this into a zippered bag, and place in the produce door of your fridge. I’ve had herbs last over a week this way.
