Italian Dressing

Tangy Italian dressing tastes great on a salad, and can also work as a marinade for poultry, pork, or beef. This recipe makes 2 cups of dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar the brine from olives or pepperoncini can work good too
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley 1.5 Tbsp dried
  • 4 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • ½ tsp pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp of oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly
  • Makes 2 cups of dressing
