Tangy Italian dressing tastes great on a salad, and can also work as a marinade for poultry, pork, or beef. This recipe makes 2 cups of dressing.

Ingredients for Italian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar (the brine from olives or pepperoncini can work good too)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley (1.5 Tbsp dried)
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp Dijon
- ½ tsp pepper flakes
- ½ tsp of oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly
- Makes 2 cups of dressing
