4 simple ingredients (I did use 2 kinds of mustard here)

This is a delicious sauce for pork or chicken. Here is is on some pork shoulder steaks we grilled. You only want to apply it the last 5 minutes on the grill – honey that gets burned can turn bitter.
It’s very simple and easy to make. With some added oil and vinegar you have a Honey Mustard Vinaigrette for your salad.

Notes
Honey Mustard Sauce on two Pork Shoulder Steaks.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Brown Mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped dill, or 2 tsp dried dill
Instructions
- Whisk the 4 ingredients together.
- Apply to pork chops or pork steaks for the last 5 minutes on the grill.
- You can also make this a Vinaigrette for your salad by adding: 1 Tbsp Oil & 2 Tbsp Vinegar
