Grilled Sweet Corn

I find this easier than boiling and grilling corn adds a smokey flavor. You can grill it with the husks on (my preference) or the husks off to get more char on the corn kernels.

Ingredients
- 2 Ears of Corn per person
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Peel back the husks from the corn without removing them.
- Remove the silks from each ear.
- Soak the whole ears in water for at 15 least minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill on medium to high heat.
- Remove the ears from the water and shake off the excess.
- Place on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning 2-4 times.
- Remove from the grill, peel back the husks, and serve with butter, salt and pepper.
- Grilling without the Husks
- Peel the husks and silk from the corn.
- Preheat the grill on medium to high heat.
- Brush each ear with a little olive oil.
- Place on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning 2-4 times.
- Remove from the grill and serve with butter, salt and pepper.
