Eggs & Chorizo

A quick, delicious and easy breakfast that only needs a skillet, some tortillas, and some salsa. We also like to add some pickled red onions if you have those along.

Eggs & Chorizo
Ingredients
- 8-12 eggs
- 1 # of Chorizo
- Salsa
- Tortillas
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and scramble them.
- Heat your skillet over a medium flame, add a little oil and then the Chorizo.
- Brown the Chorizo until it almost done, and then stir through the eggs.
- Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are done.
- Serve on tortillas and garnish with salsa.
