Baja Sauce Ingredients

If you’ve had authentic fish tacos, this is the sauce that was on those tacos. This flavorful sauce is also delicious on fried or grilled chicken and could even be used as a salad dressing if you like. If you would like to make this non-dairy, you can skip the sour cream or yogurt and use all mayonnaise. I often will substitute MiracleWhip for mayo because I like the added flavor, but for this recipe stick with real mayonnaise.
