Butter, and garlic, what could go wrong? This recipe brings a savory richness to your fish. We make this with trout, but any white fish will work.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 4-8 fish filets
- black pepper
- salt
- dillweed
- parsley
- paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- In a small saucepan combine the butter and garlic – cook over low heat until the butter is melted and the garlic is soft. Remove from heat.
- Brush a little of the butter mixture in the bottom of a shallow baking dish then place fish filets on the buttered area.
- Brush the top of each filet with the seasoned butter mixture. Sprinkle the buttered filets with pepper, salt, dillweed, parsley and paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
