Ingredients
- 2 lbs. red potatoes, cut in quarters
- 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1⁄4 cup all purpose flour
- ½ tablespoon Parsley
- ½ tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Into large plastic bag or bowl, put the flour, cheese, and the seasonings and shake or stir to mix together well.
- Drop the potatoes into the mixture and shake or stir to coat the potato pieces on all sides.
- Melt the butter and pour onto flat baking dish or sheet pan
- Arrange the potato pieces on the dish. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, turn each piece and then cook an additional 15 minutes until golden brown and tender. Serve immediately.
