Tostadas
Jump to recipe
This dish is so easy to make, and so delicious at the same time. We like to make it with leftovers – for these we used leftover beef enchilada filling but this also works good with leftover shredded pork or chicken sprinkled with some taco seasoning. The main thing is the tostada shell, a crispy flat corn tortilla that is the base for whole dish.
