Ingredients

Balsamic Vinegar

Honey or Apple Sauce

Italian Seasoning

Smoked Paprika

chopped sun dried tomatoes

Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the ingredients; whisk to emulsify the oil
Marinade the meat in a bag or shallow dish, overnight or for at least 2 hours
Preheat the grill to high heat (400-500 degrees F).
Remove the meat from the marinade, and pour the remaining marinade into a cup measure or small pitcher.
Place the meat on the grill, and pour or brush some of the marinade on the meat to keep it moist
Season with salt & pepper (I use Cavender’s)
Flip halfway through, brush some more of the marinade on top and season again.
Grill the meat to 145 degrees internal temperature. This will take 10 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the cuts.
Serve with a side of pasta and roasted veggies or salad.
