Tostadas

Ingredients
  

  • Tostada Shells
  • Meat of your choice: Beef Pork, Chicken, Turkey; ground or shredded
  • Taco Seasoning 2 Tbsp per pound of meat.
  • Shredded cheese
  • Salsa green or red
  • Garnish - such as pickled red onions olives, cilantro, chives

Instructions
 

  • If the meat is not yet cooked, first brown the meat with 1 Tbsp of Taco Seasoning per pound of meat.
  • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
  • Spread a layer of meat on the tostada shell.
  • Cover the meat with a layer of shredded cheese.
  • Put the tostadas on a cooling rack (to help keep the tostadas crisp) and place that on a sheet pan.
  • Heat them in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Top with some salsa & garnish, and serve.
