Ingredients
Tostada Shells
Meat of your choice: Beef
Pork, Chicken, Turkey; ground or shredded
Taco Seasoning
2 Tbsp per pound of meat.
Shredded cheese
Salsa
green or red
Garnish - such as pickled red onions
olives, cilantro, chives
Instructions
If the meat is not yet cooked, first brown the meat with 1 Tbsp of Taco Seasoning per pound of meat.
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
Spread a layer of meat on the tostada shell.
Cover the meat with a layer of shredded cheese.
Put the tostadas on a cooling rack (to help keep the tostadas crisp) and place that on a sheet pan.
Heat them in the oven for 30 minutes.
Top with some salsa & garnish, and serve.
