Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • Corn Starch
  • Oil
  • Creole Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes into thin to medium size fries
  • Put 3-4 tablespoons of corn starch with a teaspoon of salt in a plastic bag
  • Toss the fries in the plastic bag to lightly coat them with corn starch
  • Cook in 350 F degree oil until browned and crispy (5-8 minutes)
  • Or toss the fries in oil in a bowl and then bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes
  • Sprinkle with seasoned salt or creole seasoning, and serve with a spicy dipping sauce.
