Sweet potatoes
Salt
Corn Starch

Instructions
Cut the potatoes into thin to medium size fries
Put 3-4 tablespoons of corn starch with a teaspoon of salt in a plastic bag
Toss the fries in the plastic bag to lightly coat them with corn starch
Cook in 350 F degree oil until browned and crispy (5-8 minutes)
Or
toss the fries in oil in a bowl and then bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes
Sprinkle with seasoned salt or creole seasoning, and serve with a spicy dipping sauce.
