sesame oil

Asian 5 Spice

white onion sliced thin

boneless pork ribs or pork shoulder steak

corn starch

cold water

cup
chopped fresh chives

sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients above the pork.
Cut the pork up into bite sized pieces.
Marinate the pork in the sauce overnight.
Put the pork and the sauce in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours
Remove pork from the sauce, and put the sauce into a small pan on the stove.
Blend the cold water and corn starch, and add to the sauce. Bring to a boil to thicken.
Add the thickened sauce back to the meat and serve over cooked rice; top with the chives and sesame seeds.
