Ingredients
Marinade

soy sauce

orange juice or honey

brown sugar

minced garlic

Rice or White Vinegar

of Vegetable Oil

Sesame Oil

Tsp
Dried Ginger
Other Ingredients

# of boneless chicken thighs or breasts

cup
baby carrots
sweet potato also tastes great!

head of cauliflower and/or broccoli
cut into bite sized pieces
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the marinade in a large zip-lock bag and add the chicken and vegetables. Marinade for at least 2 hours but preferably over night.
Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray
Spread the chicken and carrots out on the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove.
Add the cauliflower and/or broccoli, season and bake for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
