Sue's Ham Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 3 # of ham loaf - available from most good meat markets
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed Graham Crackers
  • For the sauce
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix the ham loaf, eggs, milk and crackers.
  • Use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the meat mixture and form into balls. Place into a baking dish.
  • Mix the sauce and put 1/2 of the sauce over the ham balls. Bake for 1/2 hour.
  • Spoon the remaining sauce over the ham balls and bake another 1/2 hour.
  • Serve over potatoes or noodles, with your choice of vegatable.
