Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat on the stove.
When hot, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil and then brown the ground beef. Break it up while cooking.
Add the chopped onion and bell peppers and sauté until soft.
Add the garlic, seasonings, Worcestershire Sauce, and cook until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir through.
Add the beef broth and rice and stir through, bring to a boil.
Once it boils, cover and slip into the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Check if the rice is soft, if not you can add a ½ cup of hot water and cook another 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve!
