Ingredients
2
# of meat - a fattier cut is better for this. Pork shoulder
beef chuck steak, or chicken thighs would be best.
Marinade

onions
4
garlic cloves
1
cup
of oil
1/2
cup
of vinegar - plain white vinegar
wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar would all work well

Tbsp
lemon juice

Tbsp
soy sauce

Tbsp
brown mustard
2
Tbsp
or more of red wine

hot sauce
Seasoning to taste
Instructions
Process the onions and garlic down to a sauce with a food processor.
Add the remaining marinade ingredients and mix.
Cut the meat up into 1-2 inch cubes.
Place the cubed meat into the marinade and refrigerate overnight and preferably 2-3 days.
Place the meat on skewers and season.
Cook the meat for about 10 minutes directly over hot coals, turning frequently.
You can cook onions and tomatoes along with the meat, but I would put them on seperate skewers to keep them from charring too much.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
