15 ounce golden whole kernel corn, drained

butter
softened

milk

tube Ritz crackers
crushed (reserve 1/3 for topping)
Instructions
Beat eggs in a bowl with a fork until frothy.
Blend in the seasonings, corn, onion and pepper.
Add the milk, butter, and 2/3s of the cracker crumbs; mix well.
Pour into a sprayed 1-quart casserole.
Top with reserved cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
