Ingredients

~15 oz can salmon
1/4
cup
of plain Greek yogurt or mayo
3-4
chopped green onions or 2 tsp onion powder
1-2
cloves
chopped garlic or 1-2 tsp garlic powder

good bread crumbs

eggs
beaten

tsp
lemon juice
2
tsp
salt

tsp
ground pepper

paprika
1
tsp
dried dill weed

tablespoon
dried parsley
Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Drain the salmon and put into a bowl.
Add the yogurt or mayo.
Mince the onion and garlic and add to the bowl.
Add the bread crumbs and the rest of the ingredients (except for the oil)
Mix until you have a uniform mixture.
Preheat a skillet with ~1/4 inch of oil in the bottom.
Scoop balls of the mix with a 1/3 cup measure for portion size and then pat them into ½” thick patties.
Place in the skillet and brown the patties for about 4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with a good tartar or tzatziki sauce. Green beans or cole slaw are good vegetable sides with these.
