Raw Cauliflower
Broccoli, Carrots, Asparagus, etc.
Olive Oil
Seasoning – Cavenders Greek
Creole, Seasoned Salt, etc.
Instructions
Preheat the oven or the grill to 425 degrees F.
Cut or break the veggies into bite size or slightly larger pieces.
Put the veggies into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, toss and repeat.
Spread the veggies out on a sheet pan or on the grill and roast for 20 minutes or until deliciously browned.
