Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. red potatoes cut in quarters
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tablespoon Parsley
  • ½ tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Into large plastic bag or bowl, put the flour, cheese, and the seasonings and shake or stir to mix together well.
  • Drop the potatoes into the mixture and shake or stir to coat the potato pieces on all sides.
  • Melt the butter and pour onto flat baking dish or sheet pan
  • Arrange the potato pieces on the dish. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, turn each piece and then cook an additional 15 minutes until golden brown and tender. Serve immediately.
