Into large plastic bag or bowl, put the flour, cheese, and the seasonings and shake or stir to mix together well.
Drop the potatoes into the mixture and shake or stir to coat the potato pieces on all sides.
Melt the butter and pour onto flat baking dish or sheet pan
Arrange the potato pieces on the dish. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, turn each piece and then cook an additional 15 minutes until golden brown and tender. Serve immediately.
