4 1/2cupsof stock or broth - beefchicken, ham, vegetable, etc. You can use pre-made stock from the store, or make it with bouillon cubes, granules or a stock base (I personally love Better Than Bouillon)
Vegetables such as chopped onionmushrooms, bell peppers, celery, carrots, etc.
Additional ingredients depending on what kind of side you are making.
Instructions
Rinse the rice in a mesh colander, this will make it less sticky.
Cook the rice in the stock as you would normally use water, simmering for 15-20 minutes until all of the stock is absorbed.
While the rice is cooking, you can saute' your vegetables and/or prep your other ingredients before adding to the rice.
