Ingredients
1
head of cauliflower
An equal weight of Russet potatoes
2
tsp
salt
2-3
cloves
of garlic
minced
4
Tbsp
Butter
Milk if needed
Seasoning of your choice

Instructions
Half fill a large saucepan with water and add 2 tsp of salt.
Peel and quarter the potatoes and put in the water.
Cut up the head of cauliflower and add to the water. The stem can also be cut up and mashed along with everything else.
Bring the water to a boil and then simmer for 25 minutes.
While simmering, mince the garlic.
Drain the water, and add the garlic and butter.
Mash the potatoes and cauliflower together. Add some milk to thin if needed.
Season to taste.
Garnish with paprika and/or parsley and serve.
