Holiday Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 5 # potatoes
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 8-12 T Sour Cream
  • Milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel, Cube, and boil the potatoes in generously salted water until tender
  • Drain the water and place the potatoes and other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Beat with hand mixer, adding milk as needed for the right consistency.
  • Transfer to your slow cooker bowl, top with dollops of butter, and sprinkle a little paprika over the top.
  • Cover and store in the fridge until your holiday.
  • Cook on low power for at least 6 hours.
  • If you prefer to use your microwave, spread the mashed potatoes into shallow greased baking dish and microwave on low power for 30 minutes.
