Mix the soy sauce, Teriyaki and brown sugar together. Optionally, you can use this first to marinate your meat for 2-8 hours.
Cook the noodles to al dente.
If you used the sauce as a marinade for your meat, put it in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil and then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat
Add the onion and green pepper and cook until soft.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the cooked noodles and stir through.
Add the sauce, and toss to coat the noodles.
Taste and add salt or pepper as needed.
Remove from the heat and drizzle with the sesame oil.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
