Hibachi Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lb linguini or spaghetti cooked al dente
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix the soy sauce, Teriyaki and brown sugar together. Optionally, you can use this first to marinate your meat for 2-8 hours.
  • Cook the noodles to al dente.
  • If you used the sauce as a marinade for your meat, put it in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil and then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat
  • Add the onion and green pepper and cook until soft.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked noodles and stir through.
  • Add the sauce, and toss to coat the noodles.
  • Taste and add salt or pepper as needed.
  • Remove from the heat and drizzle with the sesame oil.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
