Peel back the husks from the corn without removing them.
Remove the silks from each ear.
Soak the whole ears in water for at 15 least minutes before grilling.
Preheat the grill on medium to high heat.
Remove the ears from the water and shake off the excess.
Place on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning 2-4 times.
Remove from the grill, peel back the husks, and serve with butter, salt and pepper.
Grilling without the Husks
Peel the husks and silk from the corn.
Preheat the grill on medium to high heat.
Brush each ear with a little olive oil.
Place on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning 2-4 times.
Remove from the grill and serve with butter, salt and pepper.
