Grilled Sweet Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ears of Corn per person
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel back the husks from the corn without removing them.
  • Remove the silks from each ear.
  • Soak the whole ears in water for at 15 least minutes before grilling.
  • Preheat the grill on medium to high heat.
  • Remove the ears from the water and shake off the excess.
  • Place on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning 2-4 times.
  • Remove from the grill, peel back the husks, and serve with butter, salt and pepper.
  • Grilling without the Husks
  • Peel the husks and silk from the corn.
  • Preheat the grill on medium to high heat.
  • Brush each ear with a little olive oil.
  • Place on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning 2-4 times.
  • Remove from the grill and serve with butter, salt and pepper.
