Grilled Pork Loin

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 # Pork Loin Roast
  • Olive Oil
  • Your favorite seasoning I like Cavenders for this.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to high.
  • Clean and trim your loin roast of any excess fat. Keep some of the fat cap on to insulate the meat and keep it moist.
  • Rub the roast with a little olive oil and then season the roast with your favorite seasoning.
  • Turn your grill down to medium high and place the roast fat side down on the grill.
  • Place your thermometer into the center of the roast. This is essential to cooking your roast to a safe temperature while keeping the roast nice a juicy.
  • If you want, you can flip your roast to brown the other side, once it reaches about 120 degrees F.
  • When the roast reaches 145 degrees F remove it from the grill, place it on a platter and cover with foil.
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes prior to carving.
