Garlic Butter Fish Filets

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 4-8 fish filets
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • dillweed
  • parsley
  • paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • In a small saucepan combine the butter and garlic - cook over low heat until the butter is melted and the garlic is soft. Remove from heat.
  • Brush a little of the butter mixture in the bottom of a shallow baking dish then place fish filets on the buttered area.
  • Brush the top of each filet with the seasoned butter mixture. Sprinkle the buttered filets with pepper, salt, dillweed, parsley and paprika.
  • Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
