Ingredients
  

  • 8-12 eggs
  • 1 # of Chorizo
  • Salsa
  • Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and scramble them.
  • Heat your skillet over a medium flame, add a little oil and then the Chorizo.
  • Brown the Chorizo until it almost done, and then stir through the eggs.
  • Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are done.
  • Serve on tortillas and garnish with salsa.
