minced or 2 tsp garlic powder

tomato sauce

elbow macaroni

corn

diced chilies

dried cilantro

Monterey Jack or Mexican blend cheese
Instructions
Start 28 coals, when white place the Dutch Oven over the coals.
Add the oil and when hot brown the ground beef and onion.
Add the spices and seasonings and stir through until fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce, water, macaroni, corn, & chilies.
Place the lid on the Dutch Oven and bring this to a boil.
Add half of the cheese and then move half the coals to the lid. Cook for 15 minutes.
Give it a stir and put the other half of the cheese and the cilantro over the top.
Replace the lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread
